Description General Description: Manage key aspects of specific marketing initiatives on behalf of a Marketing Manager, a Strategic Program Management Manager, or a Deposits or Cards Marketing Manager. Based on a thorough understanding of the overall program, build and implement critical dimensions of a campaign, a promotion, a specific piece of the marketing mix. Creates the integrated marketing and marketing communications plan and timetable. Build tightly defined by deliverables plans that include all contacts that need to be included to execute a program. Contribute to development of programs to attract, grow and retain clients and work on specific initiatives related to delivering the primary relationship goals. Anticipate issues; provide resolutions on programs that need to be implemented. Communicate to all involved and drive to get coordination and resolution where needed. Build tightly defined by deliverables plans that include all contacts that need to be included to execute a program. For a recent deposits oriented program, as an example, work with IT, CIG to build the required tracking and analytics to measure the programs' effectiveness. Financial accountability - coordinating rate advertising programs, recommending direction to ad agency to develop creative work and specific markets of focus and ensuring a positive ROI for these programs. Provide comprehensive internal communications updates on program and campaigns to ensure channel partners are well aware of all requirements, deliverables, dates. Anticipate issues, provide resolutions on programs that need to be implemented. Communicate to all involved and drive to get coordination and resolution where needed.
Job Specific Description: Manage key aspects of specific marketing initiatives on behalf of the Deposits Marketing Manager. Based on a thorough understanding of the overall program, build and implement critical dimensions of a program, campaign, a promotion, a specific piece of the marketing mix. The position is an integrating and coordinating role ; however, the responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the program have been thought through thoroughly so it is a broader role than a Project Manager. Responsibilities can include running the CD advertising programs, ensuring the right rates in the right ads, communication to field. The responsibilities encompass ensuring that channel implications, technology implications, product and pricing implications have been considered as this marketing initiative is moving forward.

Qualifications General Requirements: Minimum requirements: College degree plus minimum of 5 years work experience Preferred: MBA Job Specific Requirements: College degree plus minimum of 5 years work experience Significant understanding of bank deposit products and the sales and marketing processes. Solid analytical background. Strong quantitative skills. Able to manage multiple projects, with multiple test and control scenarios. Solid communications skills ,negotiating and influencing skills and project management skills. MBA Preferred
