Responsibilities Consults, designs, manages and analyzes both quantitative and qualitative market research projects in support of the new product capabilities process, Client Sales team requests and other areas to help guide tactical and strategic decision-making. This includes educating internal associates and clients on the consumer attitudes and opinions about their products and services. This also includes primary research efforts such as designing questionnaires and coordinating focus groups. Analyze, summarize and present (or document) research results to internal and external customers. Develop customer questionnaires, coordinate focus groups and manage outside market research vendors to execute research studies. Supports Client Sales team by initiating and managing primary and secondary research projects Track industry and competitive trends and marketing efforts. Support organization though ad hoc research requests. Initiates creative research efforts for the purpose of uncovering market needs or trends that are relevant to client needs and/or product development needs. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Candidates should have at least two-three years experience with marketing research Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interest in consumer behavior and market place dynamics Understanding of a variety of both qualitative and quantitative research formats and their practical application Ability to work both independently and with various work teams At least intermediate skills with Word, Excel and Power Point Ability to travel on occasion Compensation and Benefits Alliance Data offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive selection of benefit options including 401(k).
