These activities are performed to drive website traffic and convert website visitors into customers. The major responsibilities of a web marketing executive include managing online business transactions and planning and executing on site promotional activities.
The web marketing executive regularly implements effective on site marketing programs in order to meet consumer demands and business goals. He or she also consistently tracks and measures site navigation through site analytics to optimize results. Essentially, web marketing executives are responsible for online sales and website branding.
Any candidate for a web marketing executive job should be well versed in Internet marketing and should have adequate knowledge of website resources (online sites) for increasing and evaluating traffic.
