in one of the fastest-growing divisions of our company, you will

have access to ODC's (Oracle Data Cloud) digital audiences, media and measurement

solutions, DMP, Moat and Grapeshot’s suite of context capabilities. We are

bringing all these assets together to help agencies best solve their clients marketing

challenges.  The successful candidate will be

responsible for coordinating resources, running a curriculum of training and

education, evangelizing and delivering ODC products. In addition, you will be

expected to provide Oracle with visibility into the organizational structure

and business opportunity of your portfolio of agencies.  In doing so you will become a trusted advisor

to your agency partners and internal colleagues at Oracle.

 

Key

responsibilities include:

Drive

agency revenue via adoption of the full Oracle Data Cloud portfolio

Lead the agency

education effort, building compelling narratives in multiple formats, and

coordinating the deployment of resources to maximize revenue

Prioritize

agency requests looping in various Oracle stakeholders as appropriate. Be the

connector between top-down and bottoms-up agency outreach

Collaborate

with marketing, product, operations, and GTM teams to ensure the correct use of

products and successful execution of campaigns.

Collate

effective materials for companywide QBR’s with the Agency and Oracle Leadership

teams

 

Skills

and Qualifications:

5

years’ experience working with or within an advertising agency

Excellent

verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to lead

client presentations

Technical

understanding of data, analytics

DMP

knowledge

Demonstrated

ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a fast-paced and

changing environment

Adept

at navigating a complex marketplace

Excellent

organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills

Ability

to think and act in an innovative and creative way

Rounded

understanding of general marketing practices, targeting practices and online

media

Advanced

knowledge of online advertising techniques

Understanding

of statistical concepts, such as correlation analysis, regression analysis and

statistical significance a plus

Travel

as needed, up to 30%

BA/BS

in business, marketing, advertising or media discipline required

 

 ','!*!Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed.
