We are looking for a Strategy Partner at UM. This person will be a creative and adaptive thinker that enjoys learning, taking on unfamiliar challenges, and shaping new strategic approaches and frameworks.
Analyze client business situation and identify key objectives for communications
Use qualitative and quantitative communications channel research to develop insights into the consumer connection with the brand and apply insights to strategy
Develop communication strategies for clients that drive innovation and integration
Map the end-to-end customer experience and identify key roles for communication
Collaborate with creative agencies, media planning and activation partners to develop ideas aligned to the customer experience strategy
Partner with UM research and analytic teams to develop POVs on research and measurement solutions for clients
Sell strategy and communications program ideas to clients
Build strong consultative relationships with clients as an integrated marketing communications advisor
Bachelor's degree required
8 years integrated marketing communications experience
Three years supervisory and management experience required
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Experience communicating information verbally and in writing required
Must be a team player but also have the ability to work independently
