Overview

Our team is looking for the ideal candidate who is an expert in buying digital media including social (Facebook and Instagram), SEM, and programmatic, as well as developing strategy, planning, executing, and analyzing digital media campaigns. This person will join in our marketing efforts with the Georgia Lottery’s Interactive channel. Georgia residents can play their favorite games and purchase lottery tickets online and on our mobile app. We are looking for the perfect candidate to help us spread the word through digital media purchases.

About You…You are an analytical and strategic thinker. You’re comfortable solving problems. You are passionate about digital media and always up on the latest changes and trends. You have experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and programmatic advertising (self-serve platforms or managed). You let data drive strategy.

Job Responsibilities


Strategize and execute paid customer acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google and other Platforms• Hands-on manage the daily spend, setting up the campaigns, monitoring them like a hawk, optimizing relentlessly, getting all of the little things just right to hit our ROAS targets

Diving deep to analyze data, exporting into pivot tables to refine further, identifying key trends and missed opportunities to capitalize on

Collaborate with our creative team to build unique creatives that support your strategies to ensure we constantly hit our ROAS targets while building a sustained competitive advantage

Coordinate with our funnel team to architect whatever sales funnels are necessary to support your campaign strategies whether for acquisition, retargeting, retention or other

Build a set of detailed, teachable best practices and SOPs for managing, optimizing and scaling so we can easily cross-train other team members we’ll hire

Develop and execute a split testing plan for creative, audience, campaign and funnel elements

Work with data team to devise KPIs to keep us on track with our growth and profitability targets

Stay on top of the KPIs on a daily basis to detect changes in trend and course-correct ASAP

Collaborate with strategic leadership to devise plans to drive new product marketing initiatives should you spot exciting new opportunities in the market we should capitalize on
