Description

Humana's Member Relationship Manager team is seeking a Strategy Advancement Advisor to join working remote anywhere in the US. The Member Relationship Marketing team is responsible for marketing to existing Medicare members across 7 different lines of business. There is significant opportunity to integrate and orchestrate communications across these lines of business to ensure the best message for the member to achieve key business goals across Wellness, Clinical Products, Care, Stars, Retention, Neighborhood Centers, and New Member.

Responsibilities

As a new member of the Member Relationship Marketing team, the Strategy Advancement Advisor will be responsible for driving the evolution of Member Marketing at Humana.

This role will drive marketing transformation by:

Partnering with external resources to create our journey strategy and roadmap for achieving integration and orchestration of member communications across 7 lines of business

Developing standardization in classification and measurement of siloed marketing campaigns, moving the organization from a campaign to journey mindset

Driving business strategy behind the implementation of new martech, processes, and operating models to ensure integrated, omni channel communications

Developing enterprise views of key planning and tracking items such as marketing calendars and scorecards

Moving the organization toward data / AI driven decisioning for member communications

Partnering closely with our creative, marketing ops, analytics, and technology partners, driving toward an agile operating model in the pursuit of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

8 or more years of related experience

2 or more years of project leadership experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Business experience with MarTech solutions, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Prior experience working in or building an agile marketing operating model

Additional Information

Covid-19 Vaccine/Testing Requirement

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
