Based in New York, the Manager of Conversion Optimization will lead the test and learn program across APFM\u2019s site experiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing against a test and learn roadmap, optimizing for qualified lead conversion. You\u2019ll partner closely with our product team to bring experiments to life, with a focus on quality and accurate performance measurement. This position will report to the Director of Conversion and Investment Optimization.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate is data-driven and analytical, with hands-on experience managing a test and learn program. You are curious, always looking for ways to make site enhancements to drive the best possible outcomes for our users and our business. You\u2019re also extremely detail-oriented in your execution, and ensure reporting and measurement are held to the highest standard. You\u2019re comfortable communicating your strategy and roadmap across the organization, and can effectively manage our external test and learn vendors.
What you will do:
Develop a test and learn roadmap with the goal of optimizing our websites for qualified lead conversion that results in incremental revenue for the business.
Partner with our product organization and external vendors to flawlessly launch tests in market across desktop and mobile, ensuring proper measurement for both online and offline conversions.
Monitor ongoing tests and flexibly manage roadmap \u2013 ending tests that aren\u2019t performing, re-prioritizing tests based on latest learning and input, etc., to drive maximum conversion and revenue growth.
Partner with data and analytics on detailed reporting for each experiment.
Regularly report out to the broader organization, including to senior leadership, on recent test performance.
Work with finance to measure the benefit of the overall test and learn program.
Create a culture of test and learn, and share best practices across the organization.
Required Skills and Competencies:
3-5 years\u2019 experience in digital marketing, conversion optimization or other similar roles.
Bachelor\u2019s degree required, MBA preferred.
Outcome-oriented with a demonstrated ability to turn ideas into action.
Passionate about test and learn, with a strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, platforms and best practices.
Highly collaborative and able to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical in nature, with an aptitude for numbers and performance measurement.
Knowledge of user experience and conversion funnels, with an ability to identify opportunities for testing and iteration.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
