THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Coordinator Retail Partnerships to help support the efforts of the Partnerships team and contribute to the achievement of Shop Premium Outlets business development goals.

What you’ll accomplish.

Maintain knowledgebase of competitive marketplaces and regularly report on key changes observed

Develop and maintain knowledgebase of key brand attributes and regularly report on key changes observed

Assist Partnerships team in scheduling and/or preparing for pitches or other brand meetings

Coordinate the execution of brand contracts, add contracts to central database as needed. Proactively communicate internally as renewal dates approach.

Research contacts at targeted brands. Assist in prospecting to help secure a robust pipeline of brands

Manage the registration of the Partnerships team at industry events, research attendee lists to identify prospect brands, schedule and attend meetings as needed.

Provide general support and projects as directed

THE RIGHT FIT:

You have

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience

Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Google Docs/Slides

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and attentive to detail

Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task and demonstrate initiative

Ability to work independently

Passion for ecommerce, retail, fashion and technology and the desire to be part of building a business

Prior experience in a marketplace environment a plus

Location: Internal note:

I’m open to location. Someone at this level of their career might do better if located near others If there are physical offices planned for SPO’s post-COVID future, we may want to give preference to Boston, NYC, Indianapolis (if there will be an office) or Southern CA (if there will be an office)
