The League Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the day to day project flow of all league projects as the liaison between the in house creative team and the league strategy department for Bowlmor AMF’s portfolio of brands.


Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Managing Creative Projects (70%)

Drive league acquisition and retention by supporting the development of appropriate programs and initiatives for Bowlmor AMF’s league business

Work very closely with league strategy team to understand goals, strategy and operational detail of each league program

Coordinate the full cycle execution of all league marketing campaigns- calendar planning and scheduling, receipt of creative assets, delivery and shipping coordination- by acting as a bridge between league strategy department and marketing department

Assess and address any deliverability issues/concerns

· Responsible for executing on all operational efforts relating to traffic management of league programs

· Assumes all tracking and coordinating responsibility for each creative league project request from its initiation (inception) to its final destination (completion)

· Opening a creative project (job) - reviews & understands all direction prior to communication to the creative team, ensuring the creative team has all the necessary requirements (information, files, specifications) in hand before creative work begins

· Work cross functionally with internal teams to ensure scope of the project/request when necessary

· Coordinate and develop timelines for all associate league materials including in center collateral, digital elements, direct mail and promotional items

· Maintain thorough knowledge of where each project stands in the development process, working with internal Traffic Coordinator to update status reports and project timelines where necessary, acting as the point person for any questions regarding league creative campaign status

· Ensure that each part of the project, from copywriting and design to printing and email scheduling, moves through the pipeline and is finished on time and within budget

· Ensure that deadlines for submitting creative to external vendors are met

· Closing a creative project (job) - when a job is complete, the traffic manager is responsible for closing it out, archiving the files and packaging the physical materials for storage

Provide daily report and work toward leading the daily review with the larger team

Identify workflow optimizations to drive operational efficiencies within marketing team

Provide quarterly reports tracking league acquisition, participation and costs of materials to provide efficient and effective recommendations to help improve the program

Organization and Communication (30%)

· Act as point person in managing the league folders of the internal Marketing Gallery, ensuring that the field operators can order material as needed

· Provide the Marketing team with creative needs and details of all project through constant communication

· Provide ongoing communication with the field operators delivering constant support


2+ years related full-time professional experience

· Significant knowledge of bowling leagues, both short season and long

Friendly, outgoing and a strong team member

Ability to work in a fast paced, growth environment

Strong sense of accountability

Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail

Passionate about marketing and learning the creative process

· Excellent ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects/campaigns/reports at the same time

· Effective communication skills when speaking to both internal and external parties

Outstanding, error-free written communication skills
