The Marketing Associate Manager is responsible for both leading and assisting in key marketing programs for approx. 1800 SmartStyle salons. It is and exciting time to join this team as the brand in going through an in-depth brand revitalization and repositioning as part of a multi-year transformation that elevates the franchise salon portfolio of Regis brands, accelerates growth of the business and leverages new technologies. This position is based in Minneapolis, where Regis is headquartered. The position reports into the Senior Marketing Manager of SmartStyle. This may require occasional travel to salon locations.

Manage the 18 \u2013 24 month promotional calendar for all marketing channels and the updates required on evolving planning. Work as a SmartStyle Marketing team member with all product manufacturers and distribution partners to execute the planned product promotions on an established calendar.
Develop and manage a salon portfolio spreadsheet to allow for segmented marketing by salon type or customer demographics including franchisee information. These portfolios can also be targeted one-time events for information sharing.
Manage the translation of approved marketing to Spanish and French for signage and digital material.
Manage the SmartStyle inventory with a third party supplier and all communication on replenishments and updates for branded supplies. Understand cycle ordering to ensure supply while executing inventory updates.
Managing the FRC Marketing site with continuous updates on new and expired marketing materials, including branded supplies and active signage. Team expert on what a franchisee can see, order or utilize at all times for the SmartStyle brand.
Enter applicable marketing projects in Workfront and ensure the projects are tracking on schedule. Enter defined strategic briefs for critical work streams with the customer experience top of mind.
Responsible for asset management of all photography, creative work, brand standards and fonts for efficient transfers to applicable resources.
Work in conjunction with the SmartStyle marketing team to brainstorm and plan compelling marketing projects and strategies that deliver on key business objectives.
Act as a brand steward ensuring brand visual and verbal expression is in place, driving consistency across all channels and medias.
Follow marketing process and planning driving integration, development and enhancement with efficiencies and adaptability.
Own key elements in the SmartStyle Marketing mix as defined in the planning calendar for promotions, campaigns, events, CRM, PR and medias.
Work with AVP and the SmartStyle team to educate franchisees about the importance of participating in marketing programs, and how to leverage Regis Activation resources for customizable local needs.
Build strong relationships and trust with franchisees and key partners is critical to drive awareness, learnings, traffic and sales.
Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, marketing, communications or relevant experience
4 years of professional experience in marketing and brand
Retail marketing experience in-store or in-salon brand experience
Demonstrated ability to partner, focus manage through influence
Experience with participation in marketing strategies through all stages of, concept, planning, creative development and execution
Solution orientated with and strong skills in listening, and collaboration
Team player, collaborator with positive outlook
Detail and result orientated
Adaptable and eager to learn new responsibilities as the brand evolves meeting the needs as they arise.
Understanding of channels stores/salons, web and app and related media
Beauty or franchise industry experience a plus
Experience in big box Marketing media groups like Walmart media, Target or Best Buy Media Network a plus
