Assurant is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Digital & Social Marketing. You will be the leader of the Digital and Social Marketing Center of Excellence globally. You will drive Assurant’s brand reputation, customer experience and our line of business (LOB) growth through the development of strategy, planning and execution of Assurant’s global web presence and assets (, social marketing channels, content strategy and marketing, integrated social and digital campaigns, marketing analytics and other related marketing channels and platforms (email, search engine marketing and optimization, display advertising, and CRM). Collaborates closely with Enterprise Digital to maintain and enhance digital infrastructure, UX/UI, technology platforms and website capabilities (designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members).Integrated Marketing Campaigns and associated Analytics; You will drive digital and social marketing plans from conception to project execution. Partners with LOB leads to define strategies, audience targets, and budgets. Creates campaign flow map and trigger strategies. Coordinates Content Marketing, Creative Services, and Channel Management and Campaign Management in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns aligned with overarching marketing strategies and objectives.Campaign Analytics; You will generate data-driven campaign performance recommendations that align to LOB goals and marketing objectives. This is accomplished by recommending and establishing processes at scale, implementing repeatable plans for capturing campaign analytics and developing insights. Interfaces directly with LOBs for presentation of IMC/Campaign and product launch plans and sharing performance results.Digital Channels; You will lead and develop the overall strategic direction for Assurant Digital channels including paid search, Search Engine Optimization, Digital display advertising, Email Marketing / SMS Marketing, social media platforms, CRM platforms, and employer brand platforms.  You will lead a team of channel specialists to drive results by optimizing channel performance, monitoring channel health, developing channel specific best practices, integrating marketing technology and providing audience and channel level reporting.Content Strategy and Marketing; You will drive a cross-functional content marketing strategy that is aligned to key business goals and strategic content themes. This is accomplished by developing holistic content plans that span full buyer journeys and map out different touchpoints (email, search, social, web, etc.) along the way.
