As a Market Research Lead within PNC's Decisions Analytics and Research (DAR) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Good understanding and hands on experience with advanced design and analysis including choice work, segmentation and new product development research.
· Ability to independently manage research vendors and internal business partners the highest level of success.
· Excellent story teller with ability to help communicate valuable insights (as opposed to research findings).
· Ability to build detailed analysis plans that drive project success.
Designs and manages marketing research and competitive intelligence projects across multiple LOB that use employee, competitor, customer, product, prospect, and market data.
Designs and manages complex research projects by leveraging quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
Develops and delivers communication of research insights across multiple LOB by engaging Senior Management.
Manages research programs and the integration of research insight into business processes including development and management of consumer and customer panels by synthesizing large amounts of data.
Maintains partnerships and alignment with business managers, developing professional and trusted relationships with managers across the organization. Serves as advisor to other Market Research consultants. Manages vendor relationships.

Customer Experience Management. – Implements the strategies and techniques used to ensure that customers have a positive experience with the organization and its products and services at every touch point.
Marketing Channels – Knowledge of marketing options and opportunities; ability to advertise an organization's products, services and brand through various channels.
Market Research – Knowledge of and ability to use tools and techniques for collecting, collating and analyzing information on existing or potential markets in order to meet market needs.
Product Development Best Practices – Knowledge of and ability to research, identify and apply formal disciplines and best practices for improving the quality and costs related to product development.
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5 years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
