Profile
															As the Subscription Marketing Manager you will strategize, plan, execute and evaluate all marketing initiatives that support ambitious growth plans for subscription volumes. Responsibilities:
Creating, maintaining and enhancing all elements of Creativebug Subscription program
Driving new subscriber acquisition
Maintaining membership renewals
Working with the VP of Strategy and Partnership to develop relationships that will deliver subscription volumes
Creation of innovative subscriptions marketing campaigns and implementation & tactical planning to achieve growth results
To manage and maintain a detailed annual budget, reporting back to forecast on a weekly basis
Management of marketing related costs and effectiveness 
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Product and Projects Managers throughout the entire subscription life cycle
Create subscription marketing campaigns and ensure they are implemented and executed correctly by the rest of the team
Ensure the design process - from briefing with designers and proofing to ensuring delivery of artwork - is being managed correctly and that all brand values are being maintained across our marketing activities
Subscription campaign analysis and tracking - analysis of all subscriptions work, using findings to propose changes as appropriate
Develop forecasting modeling with the accounts department
Manage and maintain relationship with all third party suppliers
Develop a subscriptions prospects and online database unique to our partners campaigns and online activity
Also to look to source and integrate new data as well as cleverly collaborating with different partners on sharing data
Requirements: 
4  years’ experience within marketing, operations and subscription management role
Strong leadership – experienced delegator who can motivate teams and effectively and efficiently get things done 
Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills – must have a unique ability to translate complex data, processes and issues into clear and concise information that can be clearly articulated to business stakeholders
Strategic thinker with tactical execution – must have the ability to create new strategies and translate them into detailed action plans
Track record for setting and exceeding aggressive goals 
Very strong collaborator and negotiator – must be able to effectively bridge gaps between internal and external constituencies
Must have strong technical background and be able to work with accounts on forecasting
Previous experience with subscription marketing, new product launches and online testing
 Experience with email, web, and mobile marketing; and email deployment processes are a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and excel in managing and executing in an operational environment 
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent IT and/or marketing related projects
Must be a self-motivated thought-leader with a can-do attitude who can organize their work, innovate and problem-solve 
Enthusiastic team-player as well as a self-starter
