KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Marketing Data Management to join our Marketing Campaign Enablement & Operations organization.
Support day-to-day tasks related to assigned team functions and ensure offshore resources are aligned to the function(s) are working efficiently and according to plan
Monitor of work flow, interfacing with requestors ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage tasks related to data privacy operations, governance and training
Work with other Marketing team members to determine ways to better collaborate to advance the objectives of the operational “focus area”
Support our CRM data management projects and procedures including company acquisition data migration, data integrations from various KPMG web properties, while establishing and monitoring existing business processes/business process audits; identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve processes and develop repeatable processes
Coordinate development of training curriculum and provide one-on-one support as well as conduct training sessions on our CRM contact management system around various components of campaign data management approach
Minimum three years of experience in Relational Database Management
Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science, Marketing or related degree from an accredited college/university
Hands-on experience with C#, .net, Java or other object-oriented programming languages is preferred
Experience with Automation Anywhere or other robotic process automation (RPA) platforms and familiarity with data architecture modeling, specifically data flow and API integration is highly preferred
Proven project management skills, especially with complex, time-sensitive projects with cross-departmental teams and appreciation of key risk management and compliance principles such as privacy, confidentiality, independence, internal controls, and contracting
Experience with the following tools preferred: Advanced Excel / Power Pivot / Power BI, MySQL or other relational databases, data management platforms (DMP), Visio as it relates to marketing campaign management / digital marketing / marketing media data sources
