\u003cp\u003eThe National Private Dining Manager is responsible for development of strategies, programming, and tactics to drive sales and will lead the initiatives in Private Dining, Special Event and Program Sales. This position supports the local Private Dining Directors in exceeding revenue targets through prospecting for new clients, increasing frequency and per person spend of existing clients and overseeing the National Accounts agency.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eDevelop marketing plan based on concept business objectives to drive the annual plan.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop and execute calendar of innovative marketing strategies in partnership with Marketing team and agency.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEngage and lead a team of indirect reports (Private Dining Directors \u0026ndash; PDD\u0026rsquo;s) to drive the strategy and sales plan for special event sales\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eIdentify channels to strategically increase Private Dining sales revenue and provides ongoing support to the PDD\u0026rsquo;s in each location in executing the initiatives.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for training and supporting the field in implementation and selling of business, marketing promotions and ensuring that local sales action plans are executed.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eUtilization expert for Sales Management Tools and provides guidance, training and oversight to the field.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLead private dining sales and traffic-driving programs that positively impact private dining and special event sales revenue center and new initiatives including online booking technology and RevPar management systems.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOversee lead generation, client management platforms and National Accounts agency to ensure they are utilized and maximized to support sales growth\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eReport daily, weekly and monthly sales and KPI metrics to the leadership team.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWell-developed marketing competencies including marketing plan and calendar development and agency and budget management.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong analytical skills to manage monthly KPI reporting.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eThorough knowledge and understanding of Private Dining, Group Event Sales, and Catering sales function.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and budget \u0026amp; planning skills\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Advertising, Public Relations, or other external communications field.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e5-7 years minimum of sales and hospitality experience in business, sales \u0026amp; marketing, communications or the advertising field.\u003c/li\u003e
