The Recruitment Marketing Manager, Early Career will manage, test, and scale strategies and activations to grow the top of our candidate funnel across our early career audiences. Additionally, it will require partnership with our global marketing, brand and solution center teams.
Drives a candidate centric approach and positively impacts the candidates experience, consideration and engagement with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
Champions diversity internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity and inclusion across all elements and experiences
Contributes and executes to integrated and inbound, multi-channel marketing activations and components that are boldly focused on improving the marketing engine through better targeting, messaging and copy, spend, content, tactics, engagement, follow-through, management, etc.
Attract talent and manage execution efforts through targeted and segmented positioning, messaging, content, channel management, advertising, photos, SEO, videos, mobile games and puzzles, event properties, communication templates and other innovative activations
Overall strong management and execution of marketing activations, including: planning, research, production, vendor and partner management, reporting

Map overall success and maximize ROI of marketing activations by consistently evaluating metrics and providing insight-based recommendations
Evaluate metrics, provide insight-based recommendations for actions to maximize results, demonstrate how efforts have increased the pipeline and overall success and maximize ROI
5 years of experience in multi- or omni-channel marketing
Proven skills in adapting a brand strategy into target marketing campaigns, innovative marketing activations, project execution and strategy analysis
Proven skills in marketing and direct response copywriting and editing
Proven to help teams connect with potential candidates in a meaningful way
Customer satisfaction focus, consultative skills and experience influencing and collaborate with interdepartmental teams
Self-directed and possess proven communication skills, including copywriting
Time management and experience working across concurrent priorities
Data analytics skills and experience interpreting insights
Proven organizational skills with a great attention to detail
Experience integrating business needs into creative marketing campaigns
Experience identifying and act on priorities and leverage opportunities
Experience in pivot quickly and adapt to business needs and changing candidate landscape to stay best-in-class
Experience articulating concepts and solutions
Creative and data-driven approach to solving problems
Consultative skills and experience in effectively influence and collaborate with interdepartmental teams
Proven relationship building skills in a highly cross-functional environment
Operational and organizational with an eye for increasing individual and team effectiveness
Experience navigating ambiguity and making recommendations to move forward
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, Outlook, Marketing Tools, Google Analytics, etc.
