The Senior Channel Development Professional defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Senior Channel Development Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Channel Development Professional develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
2 - 4 years experience managing large to midscale projects to completion
2 - 4 years experience with channel distribution (channel relations, sales enablement, or related experience)
Proficiency in data management, analyzing and interpreting financial trends
Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, TEAMS, and PowerPoint
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
