The Brand Manager is responsible for the end-to-end in-year delivery and strategic growth plans of the $825MM MDLZ Biscuit Multipacks business. Multipacks are a top priority business (one of the four MDLZ Big Bets in 2024), growing nearly 2x faster than the total Biscuit category. The Brand Manager will have the unique opportunity to work with an agile coach to drive rapid change and growth on this business with a dedicated cross-functional team.
Role would be a hybrid setting of 2-3 days in the office
How you will contribute
Working across brand and cross-functional teams, you will manage the in-year commercial Multipacks business and future year growth plans. You will lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans and develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and share objectives.
GM for Biscuit Multipacks, playing a critical role in the Integrated Business Process (IBP) and management of Multipacks budget.
Lead (in collaboration with insights / cross functional partners) new Multipacks launches, including commercialization & post-launch tracking.
Partner with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Finance to develop and execute PPA strategy, including new count sizes, pricing, and margin improvement.
Partner with Sales to develop selling stories and foster partnership with key strategic customers.
Partner with E2E, BD, and brand teams to develop long term capacity plans and ARs to drive future Multipacks growth.
Independent analysis combined with partnership with consumer insights to develop deep understanding of the consumer and category dynamics to inform winning, relevant innovation across channels.
What you will bring

Bachelor's degree required, MBA Preferred
5 years of relevant experience
Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment.
Ability to build and deliver against strict timelines.
Ability to lead a cross functional team.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Strong business acumen
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
As needed business travel.
