Job Description

What You Will Do

Innovate | Lead a team that supports our cutting edge and most sophisticated product offerings and deployments. Bring independent insights to fuel new and different ways of supporting things like Addressable and data-driven campaigns. Constantly learn about customer needs and industry trends and stay ahead of the curve in supporting them.

Lead | Create a culture of empowerment and excitement around building solutions to support our customers. Hire, coach, and cultivate a team of professionals centered around continuous development and excellence. Engage data and analytics to measure employee success and shift focus as often as necessary to ensure the highest levels of team performance.

Client Focus| Develop deep confidence from partners and customers in the team's support of their objectives. Understand the goals and strategy of the client and coordinate resources to meet these goals. Provide direct support to clients through sales meetings and open communication. Consistent exercise of independent judgment, transparency, and discretion in matters of significance.

Change Agent | Lead and support organizational change. Be a positive and motivational force by connecting change to the overall goals and mission. Possess an entrepreneurial, innovative spirit and belief in the opportunities that Effectv offers. Influence changes broadly throughout the organization to ensure a consistent best-in-class support model.

Collaborate| Manage initiatives, driving stakeholder and/or cross-functional collaboration that ensures high quality decisions and prompt resolution of business issues. Encourage and respect new ideas. Share experiences and best practices with peers across markets/regions.

Evaluate| Define and utilize standardized business metrics to measure campaign management performance strategy. Use operational data to proactively recognize trends and work with business partners to optimize and prove the impact on business results.

Consult | Provide expertise and data-driven insight to recommend solutions to issues for customers.

Financial | Maintain team finances. Adhere to budget and headcount. Understand Effectv's financial goals and how Campaign Management contributes to them.

Other Details

Exempt, salaried position.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Skilled in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Generally, requires 6-9 years related experience with demonstrated leadership abilities; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
