Description

Humana's Marketing Organization is looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Professional to join the Stars Marketing team who can successfully work within a small team to identify and develop a member-centric, integrated strategic approach to member engagement and satisfaction. The marketing strategy will engage and improve member health and well-being while also delivering quality outcomes with a 4 Star rating.

Responsibilities

The Senior CRM Marketing Professional will serve on the Marketing Strategy team and work with our Quality Stars and Innovation business partners to support business goals that impact a long-term growth strategy. The role will assess and identify new opportunities and innovative thinking to drive Stars performance and growth transformation, including the member experience and influencing member perception.

The Senior CRM Marketing Professional identifies and communicates initiatives that enhance the positioning and offering of products and services to Humana members. The right candidate has the experience and ability to make decisions on moderately complex, to complex questions related to improving marketing strategy and the overall member experience for accelerated growth. Over time, the professional will begin to influence the Stars Marketing strategy while demonstrating considerable latitude in determining objectives and their approach to marketing projects and programs.

Key Role Functions


Assess the member experience, journey and challenges to improve member health and well-being through well researched market factors and member behavior
Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence
Consistently review and assess key performance metrics, audience engagement, member feedback and perception to isolate key findings and make strategic recommendations across the business
Focus on continuous improvement and growth through an understanding of data-driven member engagement strategies based on key insights that often address aspects of integrated marketing channels, reach, conversion rates and marketing ROI
Keen understanding of Satisfaction & NPS and how to influence the value proposition and member perception through marketing intervention
Identify test & learn opportunities, or new ways of working, that drive engagement and deliver on an integrated member-centric strategy
Provide direction based on key findings to enhance and optimize positioning and message refinement
Build working relationships with business stakeholders, internal support teams and external vendors and partners
Play a leading role in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals
Utilize problem-solving and organization skills, demonstrate attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile strategies and programs


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing with a digital focus, Business Administration or related field
5 years of experience in performance marketing focused on multi-channel integrated marketing strategy development that incorporates consumer behavior, performance metrics and successful conversion methodology
Prior focus on marketing growth strategy, innovation, test & learn scenarios, digital marketing and program development
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and leverage analytics and data insights to drive marketing optimization
Experience working with consumer behavior, brand and audience profiling
Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while implementing projects
Strong business acumen skills, understanding of business goals, comfortable with evaluating and communicating financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Experience working with business partners to deliver solutions that meet their needs
Ability to pivot and respond to market factors, shifting priorities and internal business needs
Self-managing, organized and detail oriented, possessing excellent time management skills
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, able to communicate at all levels within the organization


Preferred Qualifications


Prior strategic marketing or industry experience focused on Medicare Members and / or Health and Well-being
Demonstrate a passion for consumer-centric performance marketing and measurable results
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast paced, performance marketing environment
Experience working with internal partners and external vendors
Self-managing and disciplined; possess the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and operate effectively within a large and complex organizational structure
Experience with Agile marketing


Additional Requirements

All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.

Connectivity - Requirement Details


To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.
Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
