Responsibilities

Humana's Marketing Organization is looking for a Marketing Production Professional 2 to join the Quality Audit team working remote anywhere in the US. This role will contribute significantly to the keycode testing and communications proofing process of MROC marketing campaigns supporting our suite of Medicare and Dental products. These campaigns are designed to increase sales and awareness for the organization's products and/or services to prospective members. This team mainly focuses on high volume, large-scale addressable media (direct mail & email) campaigns. This associate is primarily responsible for keycode testing, supporting team leads, proofreading creative to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Role Functions

Support team lead with addressable media campaign through keycode testing process

Understand the complete Medicare marketing guidelines and Humana regulatory requirements

Collaborate specifically with DMO and creative team on keycodes that need to be requested on a monthly basis, and request them

Provide proofreading and strong attention to detail and consistency

Recommend and evaluate processes, procedures and quality to gain efficiencies

Take solutions focused approach to resolve problems and minimize delays

Required Qualifications

Experience working in a corporate marketing department or similar

Proven ability working both collaboratively and independently on projects with tight deadlines

Highly detail oriented and organized

Exceptional at proofing and Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Humana experience desirable

Experience working as a proofreader

Additional Information

Covid-19 Vaccine/Testing Requirement

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
