Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) - Partner Development, API Partners','1900027I','','!*!The Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) is looking for a Partner Development Lead who will be responsible for building strong relationships with Facebook’s Sales and Solutions teams as well as with its FMP/social agency ecosystem. This is a quota-bearing role where you enable better campaign outcomes for the top 300 global advertisers and drive revenue on Facebook through your evangelization of ODC’s audience, context, and measurement solutions. This role will:Collaborate with the ODC cross-functional teams like Marketing, Sales, Client Solutions to align on sales opportunities and increase understanding and adoption of purchase-based targeting and measurement solutions.Manage and elevate sales relationship (including senior contacts) between ODC and Facebook, FMPs and social agencies specifically focused on high growth SMB accounts.Understand how each partner is uniquely positioned and identify opportunities for them to better leverage data that enable more ad dollars to flow through the channelThis role reports to the Head of Partner Development and works closely with other members of the Partner Management team, including account leads on both coasts that own the business/technical aspects of the partnership.This position is conducive to a sales-oriented hunter who wants to build strategic, lasting relationships that help both advertisers and media companies deliver better and more effective advertising.Responsibilities:Manage relationships with sales organizations from leading media companies, focused on revenue growthBe the ODC lead for Media Partner sales teams and the point-person for the ODC vertical sales teams (Retail, Financial Services, and Travel) with the goal of building strategic, mutually beneficial partnershipsPossess detailed knowledge digital ad strategies and the ad tech spaceDrive sales education by hosting partner trainings and managing new product rollouts.Be the eyes and ears in the field, delivering feedback to the Partner Management teams to prioritize new initiativesBuild custom collateral, create proposals to meet client needs and drive resultsMap and understand client org: identify key players, decision makers, and influencersEstablish relationship with each sales reps’ accounts for purpose of prioritizing and mobilize resources internally to align with demand Skills and Qualifications:5 years sales, sales support, or business development experience working with advertising agencies, publishers, or digital media providers (DSPs, DMPs, PMDs)Advanced understanding of the online ad tech ecosystem, familiarity with mobileDemonstrated track record owning revenue quota; meeting/exceeding goalsFamiliarity with both online and offline measurement tools and solutionsSolid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive teamsAbility to manage within a very dynamic, fast-paced work environmentSelf-motivated, strong energy, and enthusiasm balanced with patience and persistence.Ability to travel at least one week per month','!*!Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills.
