Marketing Manager (Deloitte Consulting - Hybrid Businesses - ConvergeHEALTH)

We are looking for a marketing professional to join our growing Converge Marketing team. This team serves as the trusted marketing advisors for Deloitte Consulting's Converge (software and platform products business) team. In this role, you will oversee the development of business positioning, integrated marketing strategy, and go-to-market plans for ConvergeHEALTH (Healthcare & Life Sciences) offerings and solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B technology product or software marketing (preferred) and/or B2B professional services marketing, with the ability to connect the dots between the rest of the commercial organization to deliver aligned and coordinated go-to-market strategies.
What you'll do:
You will work closely with business leadership to develop and activate marketing strategies that advance the business goals and objectives for ConvergeHEALTH:
Plan and deliver effective integrated marketing programs which build awareness, consideration, and demand for the Converge business.
Create strategic branding, messaging, and positioning to differentiate Converge and advance awareness of capabilities, offerings, solutions, and successes across the broader organization and in the marketplace
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans to meet business goals and work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute agile plans and support tracking of marketing budgets aligned to integrated marketing strategies.
Coordinate and connect the dots to drive consistency with technology positioning and existing service or industry messaging across the firm internally and externally
Capture results and conduct metrics and ROI analysis to measure success and inform campaign development
Build relationships and collaborate cross-firm with other marketing teams, sales excellence, marketplace partnerships, and Converge business leaders
Innovation - Bring innovative thinking and leading practices to all marketing activities; ability to both think big and execute
Project Management - Possess proactive and strong organization skills to drive development, maintenance, and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with our Green Dot Agency
Writing - Comfort with drafting a variety of different types of content, including but not limited to messaging, internal communications, sales materials, social media, etc.
Thought ware execution and amplification - Manage and facilitate creation, design and editing of thought leadership content
Social and digital media - Create and implement social and digital plans for campaigns and activations
Event strategy & activation - event strategy development, planning logistics, invitations, registration, conference materials, and on-site assistance to create a compelling client experience
Internal communications - collaborate with Internal Communication teams around development of communication campaigns for a wide range of internal audiences
PR - Collaborate with PR team to drive media relations and media coverage when applicable
Coaching - help develop others and participate in performance feedback process of the team

7 years of relevant corporate B2B marketing experience. Experience in B2B software or technology product marketing preferred; experience in B2B professional services marketing also beneficial
Previous experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industries a plus
Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business or technology field
Familiarity with cloud, AI, and cyber technologies are a plus
Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
Creative mindset with passion and drive to foster innovation in marketing and communications. Able to manage creative teams and give strategic direction to advance brand position in the market
Experience with content marketing techniques, including audience segmentation, search engine optimization (SEO), and persona-based campaigns
Experience with marketing technology and innovation to drive and enhance campaign deliverables
Experience with advanced analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine priorities and measure effectiveness
An innovative mindset that can think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically
Strong organizational skills and project management skills - with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
Strong persuasive written and verbal communication skills - able to expertly position and tell compelling stories around our offerings and influence both internal and external audiences
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plus
Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity
Strong executive presence, professional client service manner, and demonstrated ability to take initiative, confident
Strong team player with the ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team
Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint are a plus)
Proficiency in Workfront a plus
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing or Communications preferred)
