Humana's Marketing Organization is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Enablement to join the Retail Marketing team working remote anywhere in the U.S. You will lead and develop a team of 5 marketing professionals that plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention based on localized specifications.
As the Associate Director, Sales Enablement Marketing, you will plan, recommend, implement, and optimize best in class consumer marketing strategies that drive best in class sales experiences through our distribution channels. You will work closely with our sales organization, creative agencies, vendors, technical teams and other cross functional areas to deliver sales and marketing resources through print and digital tactics while ensuring the marketing strategy effectively supports audience and enterprise priorities.
Drive the creation and execution of a best in class point of sale experience through print, digital and video
Deliver a comprehensive way for agents to scale customized, brand-compliant advertising and local messaging through their multi-channel prospecting campaigns
Design the strategy, influence and align with marketing colleagues, key internal business partners, and other cross-functional teams
Understand the customer buying journey and execute enablement campaigns that are delivered through agents
Drive continuous improvement in sales experience delivery and sales productivity, including the selection and management of distributed marketing platform
Deliver a comprehensive way for agents to scale customized, brand-compliant advertising and local messaging through their multi-channel enablement
Create the next generation in agent sales materials including enrollment books, market resource guides, creative materials, digital platforms and loyalty programs
Establish and track key performance indicators and consistently report outcomes to key stakeholders
Lead by example by emulating behaviors consistent with the new ways of working, as well as Humana values
Create a new digital roadmap to ensure agents have a contemporary experience for AEP
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
5 years of marketing experience
Experience influencing cross functional teams to deliver best in class consumer experiences
Budget management experience
Strategically oriented, resourceful, influential, critical thinker
Ability to create and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Prior ad agency experience
MBA or advanced degree
Prior health insurance industry experience
Covid-19 Vaccine/Testing Requirement
Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
