The Senior Mobile App and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and developing the commercial needs of Patterns®, Intuity software platform for HCPs and patients, digital strategy and key Marketing HCP and patient initiatives.
Position Description and Responsibilities:
Understanding how less tech savvy populations use digital tools and content
Able to translate user feedback on friction points/desired features into design/functional requirements for technical implementation in software or other digital media
Develop, implement and monitor marketing communications strategy including advertising, sales brochures and collateral, direct mail campaign, web, sales collateral, and other related activities
Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, as well as other critical issues which affect the attainment of corporate objectives
Experience and Requirements:
5 to 8 years of medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry in identifying and translating commercial needs to the App development/implementation team and digital marketing.
Familiar with UI/UX principles and able to apply them to populations with special needs such as low vision and cognitive decline
Experience in achieving digital engagement via virtual rewards and low-cost methods
Experience working with Drip, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc. automated campaigns with external trigger sources such as Shopify
Experience designing digital ad-word campaigns, including technical requirements to implement (landing page requirements, page design, A/B tracking capabilities, etc.)
Familiarity with use of digital analytics tools such as Google analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, Survey Monkey, Tableau
Tactical execution experience in all channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, website/landing page optimization and display advertising campaigns
Must be willing to travel 30-40%, including domestic and international travel
BA/BS or equivalent combination of training and experience is required, MBA preferred
Diabetes or blood glucose industry experience preferred
