Serve as team leader for select marketing initiatives (generally specific to marketing-centric activities surrounding the organization's transactions of assets, both acquisitions and dispositions, as well as new developments). Responsible for developing community-specific marketing strategies, budgets, and reports, (lead generation, lead tracking, etc.), as well as peripheral involvement in social media and online reputation objectives. Will serve as direct marketing liaison with both internal and external clients/vendors (to include signage, advertising, collateral/design, web development vendors; third-party ownership groups, and internal Asset teams comprised of Operations, Investments, Training, etc.). Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate traditional and digital marketing strategies to meet objectives such as occupancy, budget, lead and traffic generation, social media, and online reputation • Collaborate with the Operations department to help drive leasing and occupancy goals • Participate in management of transaction needs for acquisitions and dispositions within the portfolio • Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing • Experience in strong team building & motivation • Knowledge of website development and integration • Ability to perform lead generation, budgeting, competitive & market analyses • Knowledge of business social media and online reputation management programs • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information • Monitor, review and report on all marketing programs and results • Liaison with creative agencies, media providers, and other partner agencies • Ability to travel Additional Functions and Responsibilities • Additional duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Must demonstrate support of Bell Core Values • Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service • Must demonstrate ability to successfully work on a team • Must be able to clearly communicate and understand directives both orally and in writing • Must have superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexible • Must present a professional image • Must be resourceful, detail oriented, and well organized Education and Background • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification • 3+ years related experience • Proven experience in customer and market research • Relevant product and industry knowledge • Experience with relevant software applications (Yardi, Rent Café, LeaseLabs)
