This position is responsible for assisting in development and implementation of an integrated CHI Health’s Social Media strategy. In collaboration with the Division Director and Digital team they will work with organizations stakeholders on their Social Media presence. This role will function as an individual contributor within the department as well as support larger initiatives within the Digital Division.
FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Participates in creation, maintenance and update of content in support of CHI Health’s Social Media channels, Internet, Intranet.
Contributes to employee, provider and consumer engagement strategies through utilization of Social Media tactics.
Lead strategy teams consisting of other members of the Division to ensure that plans are established and work is managed to meet defined objectives and timelines.
Keeps current on SEO and SEM to ensure best practices are being followed.
Familiarity with content management systems and web based platforms.
Interacts with service line leaders on customer service issues initiated through Social Media channels.
Providers training to Social Media users of the organization on best practices and toolsets.
Works in collaboration with third-party vendors on content creation as well as strategic guidance.
Holds users and administrators accountable for adherence to Social Media standards.
Works with Data Analyst to implement solutions based on site statistics and usability.
Cultivate and grow online/social communities and manage associated online branded content on CHI Health’s behalf using Social Media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and others.
Advocate for the company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Enforce Social Media governance strategy and best practices.
Assist Critical Access hospitals with Social Media Needs. ','!*!KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field. Minimum experience 3 years in the Digital field. One year in a health care related field is preferred.
Depth of knowledge in Social Media channels and best practices.
Minimum of three years of experience in leading Social Media strategy.
Experience training users on Social Media platforms
Familiarity with Social Media management tools like Spredfast and Brandwatch.
Training experience and familiarity with computer based authoring systems preferred.
Excellent working knowledge of content marketing.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a large geographically diverse system.
