Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Analyzing client business processes, conducting as-is and to-be analysis, and designing and developing business process and technology solutions for enterprise-level application changes to optimize business processes. Delivering accessibility and user experience implementations and enhancements for large-scale software applications by prototyping and designing User Interface screens. Reviewing SQL queries, database design, system performance reports and technical architecture to identify and resolve performance issues in large-scale software applications. Delivering implementation of data integration and exchange functionality across different systems by designing interfaces using Java, J2EE, XML and WebServices. Designing and reviewing system requirements specifications, technical design documents and functional design documents, and working with key client stakeholders for the approval of the same. Working with key client stakeholders to identify technical and business processes that need monitoring and designing and implementing reports to fulfill reporting requirements. Reviewing and creating test and automation scripts and drive performance testing activities for testing product functionality.



Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS or a related field.

Five years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered or a position in a related occupation.

Must have five years of experience with:

Contributing to all phases of SDLC for enterprise-level web application development in Waterfall and Agile environments using technologies, including Java, J2EE, Javascript and HTML;

Prototyping and designing user interfaces for large scale software implementations using UI prototyping tools;

Resolving quality issues to reduce system response time using tools and technologies, including SQL Analysis and Java, J2EE Code Analysis;

Delivering Web Services, Data Integration, Reporting, UI and Business Logic functionalities for large-scale implementations using client-server technologies, Service Oriented Architecture, rules engines and database management systems;

Designing, developing and implementing Data Integration and Exchange to facilitate exchange of information across different systems using technologies, including Java, J2EE, XML and WebServices;

Developing Systems Requirements Documents, Scenario Documents, Process Flow Diagrams, Project Work Plan and design documents using diagramming and project management software;

Developing SQL queries to read, write and manipulate data and create reports for large scale software implementations using database management and reporting tools;

Developing and performing quality assurance activities by contributing to test script creation, automation script creation and performance testing activities for testing product functionality using functional and performance testing software.

In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

80% travel required.
