The Azure EC Segment Lead has end-to-end accountability to the Azure Enterprise Commercial business.
The role will execute the US Azure M&O strategy across Enterprise Commercial with a connected narrative, resulting in consistency of business strategy and end to end execution. The EC Segment lead will be the owner of key stakeholder relationships, both field and Corp, to ensure strong CPE with customers, field, and partners.
US Marketing & Operations (USM&O) is the ‘Marketing and COO’ function for Microsoft United States (MSUS), also known as the US subsidiary. USM&O executes company strategy and priorities that enable us to achieve our business goals with a focus on B2B customer engagement by developing and executing on go-to-market programs (GTMs), Marketing Campaigns, and a Field Operating Model. Driving a common operating model across the US subsidiary ensures consistent, measurable execution and landing of priorities. Driving alignment with our internal corporate partners in organizations including Product Marketing, Marketing & Consumer Business (MCB), Worldwide Commercial Business (WCB), Engineering, and Field Leadership is also critical to our collective success, as is continuing to listen, learn and respond via rapid feedback loops.
Key responsibilities are:
Drive FY22 Scorecard in Enterprise Commercial (ACA, Data & AI ACR, and App Innovation ACR)
2-way continuous improvement process between the M&O technology, developer, & business acceleration teams
Execute EC Apps, Infra, Data & AI, investment developer and skilling motions to achieve EC budget/scorecard.
Analyze EC insights, by Industry, and determine possible play iteration for strongest impact.
Engage the right resources at the right time to the right EC OU for impact.

Experiences Preferred: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
Experience: 5-7 years related experience
A strong v-team leader with exceptional cross-group collaboration skills
Able to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively from the IT professional audience to through to senior level management and business owners from Microsoft partners.
Strong analytical skills.
Experienced in core marketing communications functions.
Strong operational experience and ability to influence results through others.
