Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The Demand Creation Campaign Manager will be responsible for partnering across the GE Power business and working across digital marketing channels to deliver integrated digital experiences that enable new avenues for revenue growth and support customer loyalty.

Develop, execute, and measure integrated, omni-channel digital marketing campaigns that are aligned with business priorities and sales goals.

Own end-to-end digital campaign execution, including campaign setup, marketing mix, tactical planning, QA, ongoing analysis, and optimization.

Engage cross-functional business teams through campaign strategy development, planning, execution, and optimization.

Collaborate with the content team and support the development of innovative, successful, and measurable campaign content including landing pages, web personalization, webinars, email, and promotions to drive qualified leads to sales, supporting customer engagement throughout.

Design and execute lead nurture and influencing strategies that reengage previous leads and known customers, helping to accelerate opportunities and move customers through the sales funnel.

Manage and coordinate a global calendar of channel tactics – including email, social, and paid media – and content to support established sales goals.

Lead research efforts including SEO, SEM, web activity, voice of sales, and voice of customer to inform campaign strategy and approach.

Regularly measure and report on campaign performance and results against internal goals and external benchmarks and be able to explain campaign performance to non-experts.

Monitor digital analytics against KPIs, evaluating and optimizing for strong performance and ensuring a proactive feedback loop on campaign learnings to influence future strategies and create valuable actionable recommendations.

Support continual digital strategy growth through external benchmarking and communication of new trends and applications.

Stand up and run campaigns quickly and be accountable for the results.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

5 to 10 years of marketing experience with 3 to 5 years of digital media experience, preferably in the energy industry.

Desired Characteristics

Experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns for a B2B company.

Experience with AdWords/LinkedIn/Digital Paid Media at a practical application level.

Experience working with SFDC, Marketo, and Adobe analytics.

Experience with email planning, creation, and execution.

Ability to translate vision/mission of an organization into actionable, quantitative plans.

Ability to understand and communicate complex business, and technical issues clearly and accurately.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to aggregate data from multiple sources to make data-driven decisions.

Consistent and successful track record of performance in all areas of responsibility.

Ability to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a digital communications strategy and execution.

Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.

Strong oral/presentation and written communication skills; highly articulate and able to make key points in direct and compelling manner.

Outstanding project management skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver on-time and on-budget.

High energy, “can-do” spirit/self-starter.

Ability to manage to aggressive deadlines while staying focused on strategic outcomes.

Highly collaborative team-oriented individual.

Willingness to work both on strategy and execution.

Positive, enthusiastic, and confident attitude.
