Digital Services (MDS) Studio is a fast-paced and innovative team that provides individual hotels with digital activation services. Our team creates well-designed, scalable and affordable web products for properties, which allows them to showcase their unique needs (e.g., hotel dining outlets, spas, and all-inclusive). We are a rapidly growing team that will provide the opportunity for autonomy and personal development!

Education and Experience

BS/BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Management, or related field

2-3 year of relevant work experience (digital marketing, account management, hospitality)

Client-facing & account management responsibilities preferred

Account Management Responsibilities

Manages assigned portfolio of hotel clients to assist the properties through their website build and maintenance processes

Manages client relationships via proactive email and phone outreach; shepherds hotels along in the process. Demo CMS functionality.

Educates hotel clients on process, systems, deliverables, actions required, timelines, etc.

Hosts office hours and webinars to answer questions and provide guidance.

Oversees communication channels and helps answer questions from clients and internal team members across Slack, chatter, email, etc.

Manages tactical execution of workflows, including assigned task and case queues in Salesforce; Meets deadlines and keeps work on track.

Adapts to the ever-changing digital landscape to implement new products and processes

Internal Relationships

Communicates directly with vendors, hotels, program account managers, or other stakeholders regarding product questions, statuses, and best practices as needed

Liaises with MDS Operations teams to advance scalable opportunities and workflows

Maintains a strong partnership with other Senior Digital Analysts, Digital Analysts, and Managers

Supporting Operations

Assists with special projects and pilots

Assists in creating training guidelines and documentation to train properties or onboard new vendors or associates

Assists with billing, data auditing and updating

Tools and Vendors

Maintains strong working knowledge of all *** internal digital platforms and systems (ex: EPIC, DAC, AEM, etc.)

Employs Salesforce to track project progress

Maintains a working knowledge of our third-party CMS platforms

Additional duties as may be assigned
