Marketing Manager, VP - Card Acquisitions Strategy - Funnel Optimization','190072023','!*!

This

newly formed position within the Acquisitions COE will be responsible for leading funnel optimization initiatives on Chase’s digital channels.

This position will lead testing strategy development for card acquisitions

including developing testing hypothesis to align with business growth

objectives, design optimal test constructs, and interpret test results &

analytics. This position will work collaboratively with the Line of Business

teams, Analytics teams, Channel Strategy & Capabilities teams, Campaign

Management and with all Digital disciplines including Legal and Compliance. To

be successful, the candidate will need very strong analytical, collaboration,

presentation and partnership-building skills.

 

Core Responsibilities

Leads strategic A/B and Multivariate test

plan development in collaboration with key stakeholders including gathering

requirements, test design & implementationConsults with cross-functional teams to

identify, define, size, and prioritize strategic tests for sales optimization.Help define key performance indicators (KPIs)

for A/B testing and lead the data analysis & reporting of test KPIsWork with technology teams to understand web

tracking, data availability for appropriate tracking and measurementDesigns

and develops analyses that uncover patterns, trends and anomalies in large

scale data using regression analysis. Interprets

data analyses and competitive insights to identify,

understand and support business opportunities.Leverages excellent listening, facilitation,

and organizational skills, and the ability to lead people within a complex

environment.

Education and Experience

Generally requires 5-7 years related

experienceBachelors degree; MBA preferredProven ability to collaborate with and

achieve actionable results working with other teams, plus the ability to build

strong relationships.Excellent

statistical skills that are grounded in a thorough understanding of testing and

frequentist/Bayesian methodologies.Experience with and in-depth knowledge of

Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target or similar platforms.Experienced

in working with large amount of data stored either in relational databases.Prior

work experience in using advanced programming languages like either R, Python,

or similar analytical language preferred.Exceptional

written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting in front of

large audiences.
