seeking a creative results-driven Digital Marketing
Manager to extend the vision for our Paid Search and A/B testing efforts
and build the framework to deliver great buyer experiences, drive incremental
pipeline growth and revenue in support of our North America Sales teams.
This is an
exciting opportunity to lead the strategy, design and implementation of our
Paid Search programs and A/B testing plans across Oracle’s applications
products, and have a direct impact on pipeline through continual optimizations.
This role is designed for a professional who has experience owning the Paid
Search channel and A/B testing, but whose greatest strength lies in project
management and relationship management. The ideal candidate will drive results
while relying on many stakeholders, partners and vendors for execution. This
role will join the Digital Demand Generation team in North America Marketing.
Build, drive and own the framework
and strategy of our Paid Search and A/B testing initiatives across multiple
product lines, and develop a cohesive long-term plan to constantly be
optimizing and improving conversion rates throughout the funnelProject manage our Paid Search strategy,
from ideation to results, and rely on key stakeholders for executionPartner across teams and
stakeholders, including the advertising agency, corporate advertising team,
operations and content marketing, to align objectives, responsibilities, and
drive exceptional digital execution Be the absolute and self-sufficient subject
matter expert in Paid Search that brings in innovation and applies best
practices in digital marketing, but lean on others to executeTrack, report and communicate
performance against KPIs to stakeholders
and executive leadership on a regular basisMonitor
daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly budgets and pacing to achieve key
metrics, KPI goals and ROI targetsDeliver on pipeline growth goals and
revenue targets Build innovation, optimizations and
excellence in execution across initiatives
5 years of experience in B2B digital
marketing and project management3 years of experience in Paid Search
(for enterprise or SaaS a plus)Strong project management skills and
relationship management skills Understanding of paid search and
digital marketing best practices and latest tools and trendsData-driven and very comfortable with
handling and analyzing data, and building reports to track performance metrics
including pipeline creation, revenue attribution and ROIComfortable presenting ideas and
reports to stakeholder groups and leadershipProven ability to solve challenging

Position Location: Prefer

Responsible for digital marketing activities to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities. Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years related experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
