The Vice President of Marketing provides leadership, direction and coordination of marketing staff and initiatives.\u00a0 Develops, recommends and implements marketing strategies and programs to achieve revenue and meet goals.\u00a0 Scope of position is global and includes multiple sales channels.
Develop strategies and coordinates the implementation of new marketing and sales initiatives after evaluation of current market conditions. Modify results against business metrics and modify plans as needed.
Oversee \Direct to patient\ direct response sales and marketing strategies; ensure development of proper architecture and infrastructure to deliver corporate business objectives.
Oversee Inogen's media efforts to generate leads for the direct to consumer sales team. Show continuous improvement in total sales and marketing cost per sale.\u00a0
Lead Inogen's digital sales and marketing activities through all sales channels. Ensure Inogen website is updated in a timely manner.
Oversee Inogen's business to business (B2B) marketing strategy and objectives
Work in conjunction with Inogen sales leaders to meet revenue targets defined in annual operating plan.
Recommend price strategies for multiple sales channels and customer segments.
Drive consumer research and analysis to increase sales and improve customer's experience.
Oversee administration of a multi-disciplinary Marketing Department.
Create successful marketing campaigns, through professional and consumer advertising campaigns, collateral marketing materials for all relevant audiences, trade shows, and other promotional channels.
Assess new opportunities for Inogen in conjunction with corporate development leaders
Develop expense budgets and manage team expenses within plan.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field of study, required.
15 years' experience in Marketing, required.
10 years management experience, with a minimum of five direct reports.
3 years' experience in a Director level position for a large corporation, required.
Advanced knowledge\/proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.
A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
