The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management plans, recommends and implements marketing communication programs using a variety of media channels, promotions and events designed to increase demand, leads, and sales for a key business segment with the organization. The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management work assignments include planning, implementation, and oversight of integrated marketing campaigns, and involves the analysis of data and an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management identifies target audience segments and specific messaging, media channels, content and tactics; coordinates end-to-end campaign life-cycle. Maintains campaign-related documentation (e.g., media plans, creative executions, etc.) and derives consumer insights from multiple data sets. Develops and maintains budgets to oversee costs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Creates and implements testing strategies across all media channels and user interfaces. Collaborates with various partners, stakeholders, and agencies. Manages multiple projects from concept to completion, and engages with senior-level leaders and teams of managers, consultants, and analysts.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field with a minimum of 5-7 years experience
Progressive marketing and/or advertising experience
Business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience
Demonstrated understanding of marketing strategy, demand/lead generation tactics, digital marketing, and content marketing
Strong strategic orientation with ability to engage in broad, conceptual, and complex analytical thinking
Ability to manage large, multi-media campaigns and prioritize a diverse set of projects
Knowledge of and experience with digital and traditional media including SEM, SEO, social media, display, email, direct mail, OOO, and partnership marketing.
Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
Prior Marketing Experience for a Fortune 500 company
Prior experience working in media and/or ad agency
Knowledge of various marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, etc.)
