Job Overview:
The Marketing Campaign Architect is responsible for driving key campaigns from planning through release, working alongside Brand, Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing and Operations, with the primary goal of creating pipeline growth and optimizing the marketing funnel performance to grow bookings. This will include the coordination of targeting, planning, strategy, execution, campaign analysis, business insights, demand gen mix, cross-team collaboration, leadership reviews, and scorecard & budget planning The Campaign Architect is responsible for building the campaigns aligned to delivering the business targets; tracking and refining based on performance indicators; demonstrates accountability for pipeline and conversion targets; and, works collaboratively in a highly-matrixed environment to successfully align with company objectives and desired outcomes.  This position reports to the Sr. Director, Demand GenerationICIMS is a high-growth Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company headquartered in Holmdel, NJ. Owns campaign planning and execution aligned to delivering marketing contribution pipeline/bookings
Leads campaign planning, collaborating with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Partnerships, aligning efforts and output against top strategic priorities, with clear goals, objectives, strategies and tactics
Develop and execute campaign plans that can scale across prospect partner and customer
Experience leading campaigns end to end, with knowledge of audience, brand, thought leadership, targeting and segmentation strategies, campaign analysis, messaging and positioning, creative, content development and the marketing mix across the buyer\u2019s journey; Successfully leverages subject matter experts across functional areas to deliver well considered plans and campaign outcomes that lead to desired performance results.
Optimize marketing channel usage for persona and buyer stage \u2013 ensuring the right message is delivered in the right format, using the right channels at the right time
Guide internal cross-functional teams and external agencies through campaign development, design and implementation
Partner with planning teams to develop campaign briefs and detailed project plans including campaign goals, theme, messaging, marketing distribution channel summary and campaign schedule
Develop program and campaign scorecard, regularly track results and provide updates; Use campaign and pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities; lead periodic campaign reviews and share regular updates to key stakeholders and Executive Leadership
Build relationships internally and externally, to influence, motivate, and move the campaigns forward
Lead and orchestrate cross functional teams to drive alignment from planning through release; Manage expectations clearly when plans need to shift or be managed differently using data driven decisions


Bachelor\u2019s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
6 years of related experience in Campaign Management / Demand Generation or similar role.
Proven successful marketing experience in planning, developing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns
Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through highly effective marketing programs
Expert knowledge of how to drive business and marketing through demand generation mix including digital marketing, direct mail, email marketing, social media, content marketing, channel marketing, webinars and events
Experience in account-based marketing
Strong analytical skills, data driven, and obsessed with achieving set goals and ROI
Ability to understand what motivates buyers and translate that into content and campaigns
Experience influencing cross-functionally and at all levels to deliver on business goals
Standout communication skills with extraordinary ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally
Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and manage complex projects as a self-starter
Track record of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with lead nurture, marketing funnel, and database marketing
Experience using Salesforce and Pardot
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that is experiencing high growth
A self-starter who takes the initiative, someone who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions
Demonstrated customer service orientation.
