Job Overview: The Senior Director of Omni Marketing Services oversees planning and management of asset creation including but not limited to operations, process and collateral for Catalog, Print & Digital Special Projects, Campaigns, ROP, Cadence, UI Projects and Digital In-Store. This position drives strategy, communication and business goals in execution of campaigns and collateral through planning, creative and production processes meeting Bloomingdale’s standards and budget. The ability to lead change initiatives in order to improve process and efficiency across the organization and act as a liaison for the merchant/marketing organization and creative is crucial. Ad agency – account supervisor – manage all FOB teams for all asset creation to standard and within our budget. Take in needs of customer and merchant stakeholders to ensure success. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Functions: Manage roll out and implementation of key vendors, processes and systems associated with marketing collateral.Plan seasonal content, associated marketing plans and schedules partnering with Marketing Effectiveness, Marketing/Campaign Planning, Merchant and Creative teams.Oversee, train and develop Project Management team.Serve as liaison and work closely with creative, marketing, merchandising, and production groups in the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple and overlapping projects.Partner with relevant stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency. Suggest changes to refine and streamline workflows with the goal of maximizing efficiency and productivity.Work with senior management to develop forward-thinking strategies.Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Qualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in related field.8-10 years of experience in retail marketing, strategic planning, Marketing Effectiveness, Advertising and Merchant areas. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Flexible and resourceful.Skilled in fostering a collaborative work environment and building meaningful relationships. Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Reasoning Ability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize next steps with diverse peer and senior teams and meet tight deadlines.Problem solving skills with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Demands: This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting, hearing, and talking. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Involves use of hands and fingers for typing on keyboard and using a mouse. Other Skills: Ability to drive projects with cross-functional teams and align multiple priorities with different teams at a fast pace.Fluency on Mac and Microsoft Office Programs.
