The Marketing Campaign Management Team supports the NA Retail Bank and Mortgage Company. Key focus areas include new account growth, increase product cross-sell and balance growth, increase loyalty and engagement, and reduce customer and balance attrition.  This role will specifically focus on marketing efforts to grow the relationships of our existing clients.  The position will work closely with Business Leaders, Product Managers and Segment Managers to leverage all of product and customer segment value propositions to develop marketing campaigns to meet sales and financial business objectives. In addition, this role will work closely with key partners across Legal, Compliance, Decision Management and Finance in the development and execution of marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for developing the annual marketing plan including strategy, spend, tactics, channel mix.

Accountable for delivering against business deposit and Investment growth and retention goals and performance metrics

Oversee the strategic development and execution of campaigns to increase Wallet Share through targeted offers

Build Product Right Fit strategies, focusing on getting clients into the right value proposition.

Developed cross-sell campaign for retail customers to open Personal Wealth Management relationships

Develop and execute culturally-relevant “Lunar New Year” marketing campaign to generate deposit balances.

Serve as liaison with Customer Service, Investigations, Executive Response Unit, Product Team and Segment Team to ensure open line of communications and issue resolution

Ensure all of our messaging is consistent, with clear call to action, relevant for the target population and reflects the Citi Brand pillars.

Spearhead offer management and fulfillment operations efficiencies.

Conduct and maintain competitive intelligence on customer development marketing approaches.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external vendors, to expand marketing capabilities through new technology or processes, driving growth and building competitive advantage.

Attract, develop, retain and manage a team of marketing program managers tasked with managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.

 

 

 ','!*!The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in marketing and/or sales management

Experience in retail banking or related field marketing preferred

Demonstrated creative/innovative skill set to drive new marketing approaches.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Masters degree an asset.

Broad knowledge of marketing communications, analytics, and marketing operations.

Strong analytical capabilities to support optimization decisions.

Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Excellent interpersonal skills

Self-starter who also has a demonstrated ability to work successfully in team environment and drive results from team

Strong written and verbal communications skills, with ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions and multiple levels across organization
