As we continue to lead the way, we’re looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our incredible marketing team and create great things as we continue to grow.About the role:The Product Marketing Manager will be the product evangelist and will play an integral role in organizing product launches. You will demonstrate an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems.As Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand. In addition to the marketing team, you will regularly collaborate with product managers and sales channels. This position is a great stepping stone for someone who wants to own their own piece of the business, establish themselves as a domain expert and interact with a variety of collaborators from marketing to development. Your role will be varied, but you can expect responsibilities including:Sales Enablement: crafting, building and implementing the narrative and tools to educate, train and facilitate sales on new features/functions, building a story of differentiation and utility of the platform. Competitive Intelligence: staying current on competitive and tangential offerings.Planning: working with cross-functional teams to plan GTM strategies, launch and evaluation of new features and products.Tools Creation: directing and drafting new sales tools, web content, program content, video, presentation and blog content.Customer-Facing Activities: participating in prospect and customer calls, QBRs, surveys; garner insights into customer usage of current offerings.Educating the PR team on launches and respective market significance.Reviewing development timelines of new products with product management, engineering and other departments.Participating in trade shows and industry events.Speaking and presenting to internal and external audiences.About you:You’ll likely have a few years of work experience in enterprise software or SaaS environment. As part of this you’ll be comfortable with SaaS offerings for enterprise level customers.You have experience in financial services or retail industries.You’re used to distilling complex ideas into concise, customer-facing ideas.You have the ability to collaborate with multiple teams across the business. This will include the sales and marketing department, engineering, product management, and senior executives.You have enviable verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to distill complex ideas into useful, digestible language and stories. Through your research, you are able to gain insight into customer needs, industry trends and the overall market by confidently analyzing data, surveys, competitors and customer interviewsAs we are a global business, we are open to filling this role in either our London or Boston offices.If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
