Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Sprouts digital paid media efforts, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies towards the development of strategy, deployment of tactics, measurement and continued optimization. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to performance measurement and continual learning and evolution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work collaboratively across the marketing department, with our media agency(s), and with and other key internal stakeholders to deliver maximum performance against budget and plan.  We\u2019re looking for someone who wants to be the absolute best in the world in these strategies and channels and who will be obsessed with delivering performance. 
Essential Functions

Lead the collaboration with Sprouts\u2019 media agency in the development of Sprouts\u2019 digital paid media strategies and tactical plans
Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams on Sprouts\u2019 video strategy and the successful deployment and SEO optimization of Sprouts\u2019 video content to video portals (e.g. YouTube)
Lead Sprouts\u2019 local marketing and location-optimization (e.g. Google Local, Yelp listings, etc.)
Lead the collaboration with Sprouts\u2019 Ecommerce team on the development of marketing plans for Sprouts\u2019 ecommerce efforts
Collaborate with the CRM Manager on the development of marketing plans to grow Sprouts\u2019 CRM audience
Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team and Sprouts\u2019 media agency(s) towards the successful deployment and measurement of Sprouts\u2019 digital paid media plans
Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Enterprise Analytics, and Sprouts\u2019 media agency(s) on media test & learn strategies and plans
Brainstorm new, innovative and creative growth strategies
Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements

6 years of experience and demonstrated success running paid media acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple media channels
Comfort and proficiency building out media and campaign measurement plans
Comfort with media analytics
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practice
Exceptional critical thinking, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic work environment
Bias for action and performance
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Resourceful and self-motivated approach to work, with a keen interest in continual learning
Collaborative, team-player with strong organizational skills and orientation to detail
