The Professional 2, Field/Sales Marketing plans and executes marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention based on localized specifications. The Professional 2, Field/Sales Marketing work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
The Professional 2, Field/Sales Marketing plans and organizes local marketing and sales programs. Acts as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams. Gathers and reports customer intelligence to sales teams. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Position Overview
The Engagement Marketing Professional is responsible for cross-functional collaboration between sales and compliance partners, and other key stakeholders to execute the National agency/external partner review process. Additionally, the role will be responsible for working closely with the agent engagement team to develop and manage a broad range of marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, tracking progress, timelines, roadmaps development and overall project management. The position requires the ability to manage multiple projects from consultation on strategy, concept development, and project management that align with the enterprise marketing objectives and MarketPoint sales priorities.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage an internal facing engagement calendar to inform SMSEs, Broker Relationship Managers, and National Sales directors to increase marketing consistency, engagement, and localized presence
Manage and monitor engagement calendar to ensure proper execution of campaign timelines and appropriate integration
Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for completing agent engagement initiatives
Leads key cross-functional team meetings and prepares updates on project status
Own the National agency/external partner review and IMO legal and review process
Co-collaborate and coordination of agent NPS and favorability tracker
Develop agent educational content marketing campaigns and distribution, across sales channels to engage agents and continue growing and retaining agent base
Understand and co-develop measurement models and dashboards and drive fulfillment of KPIs and other metrics that track progress towards Humana being an industry leader in agent experience
Strategic support and tactical execution for agent engagement priorities
Co-create agent feedback loop and focus groups across all sales channels to keep pulse on the needs of the agent community
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other business-related degrees
1-5 years of B2B or D2C marketing experience
Results driven with strong analytical and communications skills, well-organized, and proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
Effectively lead and oversee campaign calendars, tactical timelines work cross functionally with various parts of the marketing organization and throughout the entire enterprise
1  year experience managing National agency, Broker/ external partner review and legal process
Strategic and creative thinker with proven experience of working with business partners and agency partners cross-functionally
Experience developing and managing strong relationships with business partners and agency partners
Excellent project management skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Proficiency in MS office, and webinar and content technology and other best-in-class marketing and project management platforms (On24, Webex, Zoom, ClickMeeting, GoToWebinar, SmartSheet, etc.)
