The Lead Product Management - MarTech Strategy, will collaborate across Marketing and enterprise partners on the design and delivery of future state experiences that take advantage of emerging Marketing Technology capabilities. Successful candidates must be outcome oriented and have proven experience in journey mapping, application of Marketing strategies and tactics, and leading technology oriented projects.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Management - MarTech Strategy, will collaborate across Marketing and enterprise partners on the design and delivery of future state experiences that take advantage of emerging Marketing Technology capabilities. Successful candidates must be outcome oriented and have proven experience in journey mapping, application of Marketing strategies and tactics, and leading technology oriented projects.

This role will represent the marketing technology portfolio and work closely with Marketing and enterprise partners to enable holistic journey-based campaigns that will achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver personalized customer experiences. You will define detailed requirements, recommended solutions, user stories for development and an implementation plan by working across areas required for delivery. Change management is another key aspect of this role and will be necessary enable transformation from stand-alone campaigns to customer-centric, always-on journeys.

Key Responsibilities


Work with Marketing and business partners to design integrated journeys that are responsive to customer behaviors
Develop implementation roadmaps that account for people, process, technology and data enablers
Build detailed requirements and business cases for partners, creative and development teams
Lead change management activities related to the launch of new communications
Work with data and analytics teams to ensure journeys are measured and key outcomes tracked
Maintain a detailed understanding of Marketing Technology, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and take advantage of emerging capabilities
Make connections across customer journeys to ensure a connected experience


Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
5 years of experience in Marketing and Marketing Technology, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
5 years of experience in journey design
5 years of experience in requirements definition and project management


Preferred Qualifications


MBA or advanced degree in related field
Health insurance experience
Knowledge of and experience in deploying products in an Agile framework
