The Specialist, Affiliate & Partner Marketing will provide support to the Affiliate Marketing team, including activities related to planning, executing and optimizing run-the-business operations for the Best Buy Affiliate Program. This role requires strong organizational skills, qualitative & quantitative skills, attention to detail, as well as a passion for digital media.

Corresponding with 3


party affiliate SaaS vendor regarding run-the-business technical and administrative activities

Reviewing and approving new affiliate applications daily

Responding to all daily affiliate inquiries regarding Affiliate Program questions and addressing reporting, tracking and payment issues

Pulling weekly performance reporting and providing business insights

Building and deploying B2B affiliate communications (e.g., welcome newsletter, weekly offers newsletters, affiliate surveys)

Recruiting new affiliates into the BBY Affiliate Program

Monitoring and resolving fraudulent activity detected within BBY Affiliate Program

Ensuring accuracy of commission rates (by affiliate) and monthly commission payments to affiliates

Updating Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Basic qualifications:

2 years experience in marketing, finance or data analysis

Strong strategic and analytic skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

An aptitude and ability to work with numbers, data and financial information with attention to detail

Vendor and/or Agency relationship management experience (e.g., 3


party affiliate networks/platforms)

Media agency and/or client-side experience

Advanced PC skills with Microsoft Office products

Retail knowledge and/or experience
