The Senior Market Research Professional performs data analysis supporting learning plans via management and usage of consumer behavioral, demographic, and attitudinal data. The Senior Market Research Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Market Research Professional uses data analytics to provide insights in support of new insights, translates results of analyses into actionable recommendations. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
3 or more years of Marketing research experience
5 or more years of data analysis experience
Understanding and experience with a variety of research methodologies
Conducting ad-hoc analyses related to the various impact to Net Promotor Scores
This includes joining survey data to other internal data sources to build a data set for analysis
Analyze the data for the story and key insights
Create/build a report in Power Point to convey the story
Overseeing and ensuring quality execution of the Net Promotor Score data uploads to the PowerBI platform, including implementing visualization enhancements to Dashboard
Possess the ability to write queries, create forms, reports and documents in Access, Excel, and Tableau
Project Management experience
Experience communicating complex and functional strategies to senior management.
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
Experience making decisions and working independently with little supervision
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M


Preferred Qualifications


Master's degree or other graduate degree
Experience in the health insurance industry
