We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to play in this role.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate marketing manager or seasoned lead specialist to join our Consulting Marketing team to support the Finance Transformation Strategic Growth Offering.

What you'll do:

In this role, you'll work closely with the Finance Transformation marketing team on the strategy, planning and execution of best-in-class, integrated marketing and communications campaigns that enhance our Finance Transformation brand in the market and illustrate the breadth and depth of our finance expertise serving CFOs and finance executives.

Develop and drive fully integrated strategic marketing and communications activities that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels

Own the strategy and execution of our marquee eminence series - Crunch time for CFOs - to enhance awareness of Deloitte's finance capabilities and build our brand as trusted advisors to the CFO

Provide strategic counsel, idea generation and consultation in support of Finance Transformation's growth agenda, including driving 'down-funnel' engagement through targeted demand generation campaigns

Create a consistent 'voice' to the market and amplify our brand leveraging the full spectrum of our finance capabilities working across different businesses within Deloitte including Audit & Assurance, Tax and Risk & Financial Advisory

Collaborate across our accelerators team - specifically the CFO Program - to amplify Deloitte's brand with key executive stakeholders

Engage our internal agency on the successful execution of campaigns, and help oversee the on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns

Manage external agency relationships to execute specialized projects

Develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics

Bring innovative thinking and leading marketing practices to all marketing activities


Marketing professional with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, marketing, English, public relations or journalism, is required

Strong writing, editing, and copy-editing skills

Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns within a large business, preferably in professional services

Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results

Strong organizational skills and project management skills - with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times

Strong executive presence and comfort working with and advising senior management

Knowledge of the latest marketing measurement platforms

Interest in exploring new multi-media channels to leverage externally and internally

Strong organizational and coordination skills and attention to detail

Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Travel up to 10% (while travel of up to 10% is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
