This role will be accountable for setting the Digital Revenue Operations strategy, developing action plans to execute strategy, setting goals, and measuring performance to plan with appropriate KPIs.
Oversee the development and execution of the following eCommerce areas: o Customer Engagement: Digital Campaigns, Account Onboarding & Maintenance o Web Merchandising: Category / Catalog Management, Upsell / Cross-sell, Offering Management o Customer Support: Live Chat Sales & Support, Web Help Desk / Contact Us o Global Operations Strategy: Location, scale, productivity, happiness
Manage team of employees performing work statements that align to the eCommerce areas listed above
Drive organizational change and digital adoption goals through the full Lead-to-Cash cycle

Deep knowledge of the different online marketing instruments such as web merchandising, emails, campaign management, loyalty programs, chat marketing, and recommendations model
10 years of marketing experience, at least 4 years focused on digital marketing
Experience in managing B2C and/or B2B eCommerce operations
Desired (but not required):
Experience in Supply Chain (desired)
Experience in managing global operations for large enterprise businesses. (should be able to ind. define strategy, set up ops structure, staff and secure resources, able to execute operations across enterprises)
