Having reached this point, you need to give everything in your power to fulfill these expectations. Also, like different customers with different needs, working under several people would then require you to be aware of and cater to different expectations simultaneously. Being able to put others desires in the forefront and working towards their fulfillment is, what Harrison believes, is the secret to winning over people, being appreciated, and being wanted by others.
