Engineering Marketing Jobs description
Marketing Engineers provide technical support and develop new marketing strategies for their organizations. They are responsible for high-level software design, product development, and product marketing.A marketing engineer trains his or her development team, deploys pre-sales activities, and uses innovative technologies to increase sales. The job of a marketing engineer also involves understanding and taking advantage of business opportunities and meeting the requirements of customers. Marketing engineers help redefine existing marketing programs via technologies and propose solution strategies and business plans.
A bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or computer engineering and a diploma or coursework in marketing or two to three years of marketing experience are the prerequisites for a marketing engineering position. Marketing engineer job candidates should have working knowledge of new technologies, the latest market developments, and market research studies. They should also have excellent presentation and communication skills.
