Marketing Leader Jobs description
Marketing Leaders need to be very dynamic and creative as they are responsible for directing corporate branding, marketing strategies, and public relations. Marketing leaders are in charge of strategic planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive marketing and public relations programs. They are accountable for business development as it relates to marketing strategy, results, and measurement.Marketing leaders create marketing programs to establish and maintain consumer, channel partner, and employee interest. They lead the development and production of promotional campaigns for product marketing launches. Further, in consultation with executive management and in collaboration with the sales leaders, marketing leaders develop long-term goals, objectives, and measures that are consistent with the overall performance goals of the company.
Needless to say, marketing leaders should have exemplary written and verbal communication skills along with strong negotiation skills. Moreover, marketing leaders also need to have up-to-date information of the latest and near-future market trends and consumer interests.
